Main purpose:
The aluminum profiles mechanical characteristic depend on the thermal processes.
The aluminium billet homogenizing ,extrusion cooling, profile ageing effect the hardness and resistance characterristics of aluminium profiles.
One of the critical elements in thermal treatment is the aging oven.
Advantages:
1, two inlet of the circulation fan, doubke flow design, homogenerity of the temperatures in the aging chamber. 2, sweden burner with two ranges , that allows accurately to control the temperature.
3, minimize the heat looses, avoid to the heat loose from the exterior surface of the furnace with increasing the thickness of the refractory materials.
